If you have the money buy a machine or go to the gym and go on machines that target that area.
If not, simply do sit-ups, they work better if you lean the half of your body off something, so you can go past the 180 degree’s.
Do situps after drinking, this helps to wear-off “Beer bellies”

getting a six pack is all about cardio and diet. You need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering your abdominal muscles.

Hi,
Most of what you have been told about how to get six pack abs are false. Cardio is one of the least effective ways to get hard abs and miracle and diet pills are a waste of money.
And dont believe all those infomercials with the sculpted models, they did not get teir abs that way.
Getting six pack abs is all about eating nutritional natrual foods and following a good correct excersise plan.

You need to do cardio. To get abs you need to lower your total body fat, everyone has abs but they’re covered by a layer of fat. Do lots of cardio and they’ll start showing, once they start showing a little bit start mixing in ab exercises with your cardio.

I got one in 6 months by doing crunches with dumbells, leg raises, oblique side bends, etc. the key is you gotta vary the exercises and keep increasing intensity. Do that 3 times a week combined with a high protein diet (1g of protein for every lb that you weigh per day) and you’ll have great abs
