Question by Malcolm Butler: Girls do any of you have legit six pack abs?
Me Online Ach Processing and one of my friends got omto am argent wether or not females can have legit six pack abs. She said it wad possible I say no.is there any photographic evidence of a girl with six pack abs. If you are a girl and somehow have a six pack, if you wouldn’t mind to post s link on your answer with a pic of you flexing your abs.

Visible divisions between the abdominal muscles require an unusually low level of fat over the abdomen, in both sexes. This low level of fat distribution is particularly unlikely in women who are of normal weight, so while girls can get six packs by exercising and losing weight long enough, it’s not a normal thing, even for girls who are very strong and fit. Their stomach areas may be trim and well defined, but actually seeing a six pack requires losing normal fat deposits over the tummy.

yeah but most of those girls look like men and have big muscles….yeaa not my type of woman. Sure I like a girl with a flat stomach but not rock hard.

yup it can happen, and on some chicks it looks hot, but personally i dont want my girl to be to tough…I like being able to wait on her hand and foot
