So, I’m 17 and school is out for summer and I want to get ripped like not huge but really tone. I’m pretty thin, 145lb and about 5’10″. What are some good work outs for my abs and some for my biceps using dumbbells? I need that werewolf Twilight guy’s body.

Definitely go to the gym, the instructor might help you get ripped up in a month.
I suggest you take weights, since you are 17 and do ab crunches. Do cardio exercises also, to keep things in proportion.

Dumbbells, variations of sit-ups, lifting weights to build muscle. Use bigger weights to get bigger muscle. Go online, like on Sparkpeople, fitnessmagazine, menshealth, to get how-to instructions and videos on muscle-building exercises. Be sure to get enough protein, just a little bit more calories than is required to maintain.
It’s fortunate that you don’t have fat to shed first, for fat-loss comes before muscle-building since losing a lot of fat usually loses muscle too.
