Question by joey: how do you get ripped abs and ripped arms quickly withouts Be Ach weights?
i am in somewat shape i can bench 125 5 times and i am 14 and i squat 205 pounds
not swimming cuz i dnt havetime to go swimming honestly so something i can do with very simple instructions

Swimming the breast stroke quite vigorously will do that for you if you swim at least 50minutes a go.

Do bodyweight exercises. Pushups, pullups, bodyweight squats, and crunches.
