Question by Mr G: How can I get ripped abs?
I am 6-6 320 and soft. I want to get ripped but my low back get sore when I jog and I have a tendency to goto gym and Electronic Ach Transfers get great fullbody workout in but then be tired for 2 days and achy as hell on 2nd day. I am 35.

just keep exersizing do push up and stuff every day

You need to build up muscle… but more importantly lose the fat over them!
Exercise your lower back as well as your abs. If your back isn’t damaged, and it’s just sore because you are ‘out of shape’, strengthening it will do wonders.
Just keep at it, your body will adjust and the soreness will go away.
