I really need to loose inches off of my waist. Around my lovehandles and lower abs. What are the best exercises? Also how do u do them?

Cardio, like elliptical or running.

At least 30 minutes a day. As you get stronger, run faster and farther (or on a machine, add resistance).

The key to a good looking stomach isn’t necessarily Ach Check Processing strong ab muscles, it’s also a matter of body fat percentage.

    try alot of crunches which is pretty much a sit up but you only go up halfway

    Lower abs are the hardest thing to see. Its almost all about body fat. You wont see lower abs until you break 8% fat or less. Once you get there…..you can do weighted situps or weighted leg raises to really make them pop!
