Q&A: What are some good exercises to do to tone up my abs?

Question by :]: What are some good exercises to do to tone up my abs?
I’m not overweight or anything, at 20 yrs old i’m 5’5 – 125-130 lbs, but lately i’ve just been wanting to exercise in other ways than just running/jogging. i was thinking of maybe doing a yoga class or something.

but are there any good exercises that will tone up my abs that I can do at home as well?

    Pilates will tighten and flatten your abs by working your core muscles. You could research comments and ratings on Amazon to find the best DVD for you.

    Yoga will benefit your mind as well as your body.

    I highly recommend both.

    Integrate sit ups and V-sits in your exercises. You can also tone your abs by feet lifting exercises. You can do this by lying straight on your back and lift your feet straight and upwards and downwards. 10 counts would do. You can also start first with one foot then the other. I have been using this exercises myself and it maintains my six pack abs.
