Question by heykids: What are some good ab workouts laying down?
I’m really skinny, but I want my abs to be more toned.

Do you know any ab workouts and how long I should do them for?

    Well,
i dont know what your workouts are right now,
but i was the same way, i was a runner and was super skinny with no strength and definition.
I’ve tried multiple things situps crunches and leg lifts,
but the best thing is to do straight 15 minutes of good workouts.
I usually start with about 3 mins of leg lifts, 1 min of russian twists, 1 minute of modified crunches, 2 mins of bicycles, 2 mins of side crunches and just repeat these things until you get to 15 mins…

    – Leg lifts are when you lay flat on the floor and hold your hands under your butt and hold your legs 6 inches over the ground.
    – Russian twists are when you sit in a “V” position, (you can hold a weight while you do this or not…) and twist your hold upper body from side to side.
    – Modiified Crunches is when you put one leg straight out about 6 inches over the ground and the other in an upside down “V” over the other leg and crunch up.
    – Bicycles just alternating one leg around in a circle from a 90 degree position to a straight out 6 inch position while crunching up towards the leg still at 90 degrees.
    – Side Crunches, just one leg at 90 degrees and the other leg bent so the foot fits under teh back of the knee…and crunch up to the side of the bent leg.

Just make sure your staying consistent, get it going at least 3 times a day. like if your doing nothing just watching tv, do a set!
And dont forget this will prolly be hard at first but just wait a little while and youll making it more difficult soon enough!

    Hope this Helps
Lemme know if this helps at all…
