Q&A: I want to workout but always busy?

Question by Felix Smith: I want to workout but always busy?
I’m a 18 years old guy, i want to workout but I’m always busy… i go to school in the day time 7 a.m. til 3 p.m. and after school, i got to work 4p.m. til 10 p.m [BUT IM FREE ON THE WEEKENDS]. i want to get slim to the point where I’m about to get some ripped abs…. i don’t have any workout machines at home and i can’t afford them because i got bills to pay.

so is there any workout that i can do at home without workout machines, so i could reach my goal.
PLUS can you tell me on some helpful diet plans for my workout? [I CAN'T AFFORD TO GO TO THE GYM EITHER]

You can certainly workout without workout machines or going to a gym. What you want to do are body weight exercises like push ups, squats, lunges, crunches, etc. Any activity that gets your heart rate up will serve for cardio, running for 30 minutes 4 times a week (if you can’t run for 30 minutes initially it is alright to take walking breaks but keep going for a half hour) or jumping rope for a half hour (70 revolutions per minute). You don’t want to have the ripped abs for a few weeks you want them to be long lasting after all this work so more than a diet you need life style change, avoid soft drinks, anything with high fructose corn syrup on the label, fried foods, white foods (rice, potatoes, pasta, bread, whole grain bread and pasta is OK). Eat breakfast. Watch your portions. Ach Lockbox Diet is going to count more than exercise in reaching your goal.

Hi.You may want to consider going running early in the mornings before school starts. I know several people that go running before they head off to work. They go running in the early mornings because they get busy during the day.One lady goes running at 5am in the morning. You can even go running on the week days! As for you wanting some nice abs,do some abdominal work such as crunches. Go to google and type in abdominal exercises.A bunch will come out of which you can do in your own home.As for diet plans, try weight watchers. That is the best one. Other diet plans tend to always fail because their short term and you are not meant to be on lifestyle diet forever.
