yes this is a really good plan.
one bit of advice: drink whey protein after your workouts.
you do this because:
when you work out all of your muscles break down. if you drink your protein after the work out then it will help rebuild them bigger and stronger than they were before.
before, it doesn’t do as much for them

Eating healthy is always excellent but you have to find out what works for you. For strength training do more weight and less reps. For example do 5sets X 5reps of any excercise. For cutting fatting while weight training do more reps and less weight. something like 5sets X 10reps. No-one should tell you what supplements are good for you except a physician and follow the instructions verbatim on any supplements you do decide to take. Always do cardio on the days you’re not weight training. As for abs, work them everyday.

All I have to say is:
This is perfect.
But you need to pay attention to some parts.
Having whey protein should be after the workout, and not before. You want to recharge after using energy, not over charging and using some of it.
Also, try fitting in a protein bar / shake somewhere in this. The choice of natural sources for protein is excellent, and most healthy!
Drink green tea only once a day. Too much of something may cause harm.
Green tea contains fluoride compounds. The high fluoride content could cause osteoporosis, arthritis, skeletal fluorosis and other bone disorders.
I hope I’ve helped
