Question by missy: What are some good exercises for the thighs, abs, and arms?
I am 5’7, 185 lbs and a 15 yr old girl…. I am fine Prenote Ach everywhere except my thighs and arms which are very thick, and my abs which has a little flab….. can some one give some good exercises aimed towards this??? TY.

do alot of cardio to burn calories and do situps to lose your flabby stomach and youll get nice lean abs and pushups and pullups for your arms
