I would like to know which exercises are best for working my abs and my thighs and how many/how long I should do them every day? How long should it take to see results doing these exercises?

get a workout video because you will be more motivated and will give Accepting Ach Payments you littler goals, like finish the video… i reccomoned ten minuet workout videos

    It depends on how often you do them a day and how intense of a workout you choose to do. Doing low intensity cardio will help but will take a while to see any real results. But if you do high intensity workouts you can easily tone and lose weight on abs and thighs much quicker. And you should also keep a good diet while doing so.

    I’ve been running since.. when did I get back on campus… January..9th?
    About there, anyway.
    And I’ve been running *basically* every other morning. (Sometimes i sleep through my alarm, sometimes I go two days in a row)
    I’m *just* seeing results in my thighs.. My calves look great. My ass.. well. doesn’t exist.
    As for the abs? I have no idea. I know the muscles are there, but there’s a wee bit of stomach fat that makes them difficult to see.
    It’ll take a little while, basically.. is my point.

    I would suggest limited your carbs and increase your abs exercises. Check the
