Also, could you give me a picture of a perfect male leg? Like, what should it look like?

First of all, there is no perfect male leg.

The thigh should be leaner, smaller, and more muscular than that of a female. The calves should also be bigger and more muscular.

For thighs, I recommend walking.

For abdominals, I recommend regularly doing crunches. And walking.

    As A fitness instructor I could quickly tell you Briefly what for me are the best Ab exercises.
    Bicycle Crunches are a good start which do the overall abdominal area of muscles from the rectus to the obliques both Internal and External. This motion of cycling on the floor is a good all rounder and is 1 of my favorites.
    Next if you have a Swiss / Medicine Ball you could use this to do what we call Spinal flexion exercise. This Basically is crunches on the ball but its harder as you have to stabilize yourself more and thus gives you more toning on Obliques and Rectus ab.
    And just for Side Ab Workouts( Lateral Flexion) you could try Crossover Crunches.

    As to what a Perfect Male Leg is Well I Can’t help LOL as I have no pics…
