Question by katie: What are some good, simple exercises to slim the abs, Define Ach hips, and legs?
I’m trying to find some simple exercises for the hips, abs, and legs. (not all together, of course) Does anyone know of any?

    lunges, swimming, crunches, situps, pilates, bike, bicycle kicks, roller blading.

    all simple and no need for the gym or exercise equipment :)

    try riding a bycicle it doest require a lot of energy and it’s
    accurate thatyou will become more athletic in a couple of days because you’re exercising most of your body except your hands
