What exercises can I do to get six pack abs quickly?

Question by The Global Village: What exercises can I do to get six pack abs quickly?
I’d like to get a six pack, and I want it relatively quickly, although I know it doesn’t happen overnight. What exercises (with or without weights, whichever) should I do? Please help!

    I would do push ups,sit ups,lift weights and run and do stuff of that nature.

    Well, I have a good six-pack, and in order to sustain one you need to be able to eat good and do the right abdominal exercises. I usually go to the gym every other day, and I spend about 20 hard minutes on all the abdominal machines. Then I like to use the arm, chest, and shoulder machines for the next 60 minutes and that is my workout along with some cardio. But that is only half the part! You need to eat right. You can’t have greasy foods from fast foods restaurants, you need lean meat, and other fruits and vegetables. No junk food or sodas or you can kiss your six-pack goodbye

    doing crunches or sit-ups would be a nice start.. if you have extra money, enroll in a program in a gym.. having a personal trainer would be very helpful.. or you can avail one of those exercise videos which concentrate on developing your abs so you can workout at home..
