Question by chowder man?: how can i workout without having to go to the gym?
ok im 15 about to be 16 if that matters [lol] and i weigh around 130-140 lbs.
i want to know how i can workout without going to the gym. i’ll be able to buy some equipment to workout if thats what i need.
i ask people if i look skinny or what? [idk why haha] they say i look skinny but not to skinny.
and in the locker room my friends say my arms are pretty big. [they kinda are lol]
and they also say that my chest looks like it could do a little more work. [ahaha :/ lol]
i want to get bigger arms tho and i want to be ripped and have a nice pretty big chest and nice ripped abs so i can wear the shirts that kinda show off my muscles haha [my dream haha] anyways
i heard pulls ups are very good to getting your arms bigger.
and i want to know how long it’ll take before i start seeing results.
and if i should take some protein shakes or something like that to help build and recover muscles.
and if i should buy some equipment? if so what kind? i just cant buy something that like 300-400 $’s lol
any and i mean ANY! suggestions will be considered!

Run, do pushups, & try core exericises.

Buy the Nintendo Wii and then get the Wii Fit for it.

check out http://www.dogtfitness.com it has alot of articles that about this if I were you just buy a set of dumbbells and a decent home workout there are some free pdfs that you might be intersted in on there too
