Question by AhlyNow: What would be a good six pack abs diet for an active person?
I play for a football team and so I have training everyday for 2 hours and so whenever i try to not eat Carbs, I feel really dizzy due to the fact that I lack energy. What would be a good diet to make a six pack quick and to make sure that I feel better in training. Iam 16 years old.

You are doing yourself a great disservice if you’re getting light-headed for lack of proper eating. You’re also in danger of developing some dangerous long-term mental and physical habits if you’re putting your health at Dda Debit Ach Payment risk for the sake of vanity. Reconsider what you’re doing, and WHY.

high protein low carbs is the best I can think of. I used that diet when I was playing football in high school it works really well.

Stay away from bad carbs, sweets, beer etc. All that can keep you from getting to your results.

To have a six pack your body fat percentage has to be really low, so keeping fatty foods out of your diet is going to help a lot, and water, a lot of water.

But make sure you’re eating because that is what is causing your body to shutdown or get dizzy. You’re body is burning all those calories so you have to eat. If your hungry eat, just eat healthy.

totally agree with Coach Crocker – the high protein/low carbs and low fat with just 1 day of whatever eating helped me obtain my 8 pack as the body does the work for you – by the absence of carbs – i just made sure that my protein intake was kept high ,very easy..

    Hi

It sounds like your diet is not right for the amount of exercise you are doing, make sure you eat the right sort of carbs like slow releasing brown pasta rather than potatoes. Also eat plenty of protein and vegetables and fruit, you can lots of natural carbs from fruit which will provide you with more energy.
At 16 it’s really important you get a balanced diet, try eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day so you never go hungry. With the training you are doing and a healthy diet you will develop a six pack quite easily over time.
