Question by brian j: hardets/best ab workout?
ok i need some help with creativity. i want to have really ripped abs. i already have a decent set id say, my youtube channel is pbastarb720 Ach Stop Payment Form if you wanna see where im at right now. but yea the thing is i cant find a workout thats challenging. i do everything, weighted crunches, i use 60 pounds, and 45 pounds. i do hanging leg raises and hanging crunches with ankleweights on,( 5 pounds each leg ) i do dragon flags with the ankle weights, i run, i pretty much do anything i can think of, and nothing really challenges me anymore, so i get really bored, like i can do workouts with weights that normal people cant do without weights, so pelase help me out if you know any really really extreme workouts please let me know. thank you

1) Get an ab wheel. They don’t look like much but they really work your abs.
2) Pilates. We do that at my gym and it’s a b**ch!

Looking great, but yeah I second the ab wheel comment. Especially from the toes, not from the knees. In the event even that is too little for you, I recommend looking into some gravity boots.

You may already have ripped abs, but despite what you may have read, working out muscles doesn’t burn off the fat right next to it – you may have a thin layer of fat over your abdominal muscles that is just natural for you, and so your abs won’t be seen as ripped.
If that’s true, then your best bet is to change your diet to low glycemic-index carbs (no sugar, no American-made pasta, etc.) and that is more likely to burn off belly fat than anything you can do in a workout.
Of course, that assumes that this is the problem!
