    but the Rocky series is probably my favorites movie series of all time. along with Rocky Balboa being one of my favorite movie characters. inspirational. entertaining. love it.

    @JackBlair2 LOL, that makes perfect sense. I filmed this on a sound stage with a green screen and then added wind sound effects. It’s shot at Crystal Cove state park, it’s a 40 minute hike to get to this spot.

    You should try taking off the glasses, i get the sun is out, but it will make you more human and make the “ripped” goal more realistic.

    Autumn is the best time of the year to go hiking on a day off.. or is spring? could be both. :)

    horseback riding is also very nice this time of the year because it seems like sunsets last forever!!

    For great night’s sleep, i have a banana wrapped in Romaine lettuce leaves with a handful of spinach, watercress and rocket. I feel really refreshed when i wake up.

    Please post vids about nutrition, which is so important and so complicated (for some). Plus, I’d like to know your personal philosophy on food (i.e. whole foods, or “bodybuilder diet” of cottage cheese, chicken and broccoli, etc., or …?).

    Chris, it’s pouring rain this time of year where I train! Where can I run and do my super cardio? There are no indoor arenas close to where I live. All I’ve got is a gym room. A tred just won’t cut it :(

    @churchysam Did you ever watch Rocky, guy ? grey sweats, knit hat, two pairs of socks and then punch some hanging meat…When running outside in the winter make sure not to run on a frozen lake or pond– watch out for ice and snow plows and of course as you would for the other two seasons, women drivers…

    Other than that you should be all set… Make it happen !!! Best of luck,,,
