Question by Dogs are awesome: What is the fastest way to get ripped?
I am a teenage female and I need to get ripped fast for reason I would prefer not to explain. I have a normal weight and I’m strong enough to pick up my fifty- forty pound collie. Sbi Ach Transfer I need more work on my lower body and arms. My abs are pretty strong.
Please do not lecture me about how long and how much work it takes to get ripped since I understand. I have seen teenage girls that do this certain routine and diet and are ripped in like a month… Problem is I don’t know the routine :- (
So does anyone have any tips or routines that would help?

Exercise, find the right diet for you, and put in the hard work without cutting corners to reach your goals….

In a month? Not likely, I would suspect that it will take at least three mos. of intense work and that is only if you are already HWP.

If you want to look ripped you have to lower your body fat percentage to around 5%.
You should work out every muscle group so you look proportionate, and not so that you just look good in the mirror.
You also should consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight you have. So if you weigh 120 pounds, you should eat 120 grams of protein throughout the day. The best way to do this is to consume around 10-15 grams every 2 hours.
In terms of a routine, the way I would set it up would be like this:
Monday – Triceps/Abs
Tuesday – Biceps
Wednesday – Legs/Abs
Thursday – Shoulders
Friday – Chest/Abs
Saturday – Lats
All you have to do now is to figure out the best exercises for each muscle group and get started.
