Recently i started training and doing squats and abs exercises and my bottom’s skin is starting to get burned?

Question by aja: Swift Code Rhinebeck Savings Bank Recently i started training and doing squats and abs exercises and my bottom’s skin is starting to get burned?
I am pear shaped and part of the routine i am making is stationary bike and abs. apparently i have been sitting for too long and now the exact part where my bottom sits is burning. like skin burned or something. how can i prevent this? and is it normal?

    May not be a burn, may be some kind of irritation. Make sure you always use clean underwear (I know it sounds retarded but I have found myself reusing underarmor before when I can’t do laundry). Also maybe try putting baby powder or gold bond to absorb moisture. You can also switch to ellipticals to give ur bottom a chance to heal.
