Question by Steph.: What kind of exercises can i do to get stronger abs?
i would really love gorgeous abs for summer coming up what sort of things should i do?
i also want to build up my endurance for running.
are there any exercises or things i can do to help me become a better runner? besides running obviously. :]

For the lower abs, in increasing order of difficulty:
lying leg raises
reverse crunches
vertical lying leg thrusts
hanging knee raises
hanging leg raises
For the upper abs:
ab crunches
1/4 crunches
cross-knee crunches
pulldown crunches

For your abs, I would do some crunches. You could also do some ball pikes and wood-chops.

You can do a gazzillion sit ups (Not literally) and you then could get the rock-hard abs your looking for. It’s just that easy!

Crunches and curl-ups are good for abs, as well as pull-ups, if you can do them.
You will get more out of your workout if you alternate periods of moderate jogging and sprinting. There has recently been research into the real health benefits of this.

I recommend you to take any medicine to increase your muscles if you do not mind. It help you have good abs.
