What exercises will make my butt, abs, thighs, and boobs tighter?

Question by Princessita: What exercises will make my butt, abs, thighs, and boobs tighter?
I am nineteen years old, weigh 155 pounds, and im 5 foot 2. I know that spot treatments dont work, but im also working on my abs. does anybody know any exercises that will help me to become fit and have a tight body? also, if you know anything to keep the boobs tight or shrinkable, that would be really great. im a 36 d and i hate it. thank you all so much! also, if u have websites that will help. I dont have time to go to a gym, so hopefully i can do exercises at home. i also eat healthy and am cutting down on sweets. i dont even like sweets anymore!
LOL! I NEVER EVER EVER DRINK SODA!!! I HAVENT HAD SODA IN YEARS, EVEN WHEN I WAS SKINNY!!!

I don’t think you can make your boobs tighter.
Squats or lunges can help with your thighs and butt.
Sit up, crunches can help with your abs.

    A short walk to the Plastic Surgeon, during the interim, knock off all the coke and pepsi especially sugar free!

    i would say swimming but u said u don’t have time. so u can dance one hour a day and do some push ups.

    The only exercises that work all over your body is jogging, swimming, dancing and cycling. If you really want it, you’ll definitely have time for it. Alternate between the 4 choices to avoid boredom or if you’re not the type who likes to stick to routines. As for the boobs, you’ll just have to wait till you reach your ideal weight and see how it looks on you-then decide what you can do with ‘em girls. If you’re trying to get them smaller, I don’t think there’s any other way besides surgery. But why do it? You’re definitely beautiful in your own special way.
