Question by weezy: do i need to do ab exercises to see visible abs?
okay so my question is if im running for 40 min a day..6-7 days a week plus weight training (i.e., biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, back, chest) do i have to complete ab exercises in order to get abs?

Most people do, unless you are unique like me. I don’t exercise at all and other body parts get bigger, but my stomach stays flat and nice, I can see abs and I have never willingly done crunches in my life!

Yes you need to do crunches and other ab excercises as you need to focus and use the muscles you want to work on. you’ll lose fat with the other stuff you are doing but you’ll not get difined abs unless you specifically target them with ab excercises
