just do lots and lots of situps..also lay flat and rasie your feet off floor without bending your legs..lots and lots of situps means hundreds, not ten every now and then.

It’s all about the crunches, NOT sit ups. The leg lifts and bicycle lifts. But you need to lose any hanging fat first, if you have any

plenty of ab crunches about 200 a day but you not going to get a quick fix also try standing with your feet about a foot apart and bend down touching the the floor and come back up making a big ark leaning backwards, big circular movements do it till your stomach hurts then reverse , do till hurts but not burn , remember no pain no gain ,

step 1:
to get abs is to get rid of fats first. Fats are the reasons why people can’t see the abs easily from their naked eye and you should go on a diet or lose weights on those flabs. Get a new healthy life style and then once you could see your ribs on the sides easily then its a sign you should stop and proceed to step 2
step 2:
Exercise. Okay since you’ve loosen your fats already, you can now start working on your body. In my cheering days which is open for boys and girls during High School, we Usually go 60 reps on your abs. We do first 10 reps crunches on the floor with our legs straight then another 10 reps but your legs changes its position into a mountain position ( i don’t know what the position is called but its good if your understand my descriptions), then another 10 reps with your legs up on 90 degrees then lastly another 10 reps with your legs up straighten then return to 90 degrees,to mountain,to legs on the floor
step 3:
Repeat your step 2 at least twice a week will be the minimum. And don’t rely on exercise but rely on your sports or stuff. Your maximum use of electronic gadgets will be like 2 hours everyday so you can have a fantastic abs

For nutrition, aim for a low carb, low fat and high protein diet for muscle build. Carbs burn first when you exercise, then your fat stores. To burn fat try going for a run/jog/walk for 30 mins a day but if its raining and you don’t want to go out, use a skipping rope for 10 mins. Do morning and night; 50 crunches, 20 reps each side to side (lie face up, knees bent and tap feet) and maybe do some plank or something. This is just a guideline, do more if you can. Good luck.
