Question by nealo 86: How to get a 6 pack, lean and cut (ripped) – advice please ?
Hello all. im male ,22 years of age, 11 stone (70kg) and about 5ft 10 and half. Simply im a soccer player with fairly good conditiong, cardio level decent… my gym fitness is very good, id say im very strong for my size.. i go gym monday to friday, wednesday off and work different body parts each session, or combine 2, for example, biceps and triceps 1 day etc.. i do supersets, good for fat burning with strength training, i feel confident and happy wiv gym sessions… i train abs every 2 days, give them a rest…. NOW to the nitty gritty, i wudnt mind knowing peoples diets, how much cardio they perform etc.. for those killer abs, i play footy only once a week for an hour , in off season basically, play indoors very sweaty, feels good tho… at the end of my gym sessions i perform 20 min interval runs working very hard, weekends are my rest.. maybe i need to do more cardio.. let me no.. but overall id say ive got a decent body shape, i jus wana get more ripped.. sometimes i think its my genetics why im not in ultimate shape, for the training and exercise i do, id say im fit.. and is takin protein shakes really good, i stopped taking them for a bit as a trial and i seem to have got more cut being off them.. please let me hear youre views.. thankyou all

do some variety of crunches 5x for 2wks then make it 3x in a wk for 2-3months you can see results believe me i tried it…
