    Believe it or not, I did eat only ONCE fast-food ! It was a long time ago. First, it didn’t taste after anything, it was just fat and sweet. After, I felt sick ! I was and I’m still used to home made food. I cook everything myself. Try self made vegetable pies, self made french fries (yes, you have to peel potatoes, but it’s just marvelous !), home made pastry or home made wholebread sandwiches, delicious ! After a few month with this new food, you will hate fast food, for sure !

    @StickyKarmel When a happy meal is put in front of a young child, all it knows is what its’ senses tell it. It looks good, it smells good, and it tastes good. They’re too young to know of any consequences, so they keep on eating, happy meal after happy meal. They do not deserve blame or illness for being fed these delicious and toxic meals. If anyone other than McDonald’s is to blame it would be the consumer, in this case the parents in-particular. They’re the ones buying them for their child.

    I’m tired of people blaming McDonald’s for obesity. No one forces you to buy your child a “happy meal.” Anyone that’s not smart enough to understand that fast food is unhealthy deserves to have diabetes.

    @anilvij Why would I ever want to drink alcohol. Why would I ever want to put that poison into my body? Just because your friends are doing it? Or because you have to do it with those friend just to feel accomplished? Change to better comes with courage. Courage to make a step out of the norm, to be vocal about it and to preach it to those you care about. Courage to be looked upon with hate because you are BETTER and others are not because they lack the courage, discipline and strength.

    It is a parents guilt imo. Many parents are lazy and find it easier to just buy some crap for their children then to invest time and love to prepare them healthy food.

    Oh please… people go on and on about McDonalds being evil geniuses making everyone fat. Its bullshit; people choose to eat it; if you eat it too much you’ll be overweight, simple. I can’t believe you say there’s no fibre or goodness in fast-food, just read the nutritional information. You know what, I’d rather hang around with people who eat McDonalds then douchy preachers like you who are obsessed with their own appearance and probably never go out drinking.

    skateboarding is a great way for happiness and achievement when i landed my first kickflip i felt so happy i jumped with joy and was smiling all day when i kickflipped my first five set i jumped with joy and was saying “i still can’t frigging believe I landed that!”

    I can’t eat at mcdonald’s at all because of food sensitivity. I know I liked it when I could eat it in the past, but know I feel I’m lucky not to be eating that. Its not what the body needs, and certainly an overload of fat and preservatives.

    Great workout! I just wonder about one thing though. Have you studied or read anything about the physical condition vikings had or any particular field they excelled at regarding stamina or strenght that this workout will help bring out? Not criticizing you, just curious :)

    missing some ROM on the burpees but other wise looks good. gotta get all the way down, not just hump the floor, and make sure to open the hip at the top! full ROM = king

    I love bodyweight workouts. They’re easy to do when space is an issue, and there’s no equipment to worry about, except for the occasional weighted vest.
