Well,I need diet/exercise plan,I dont want to be “body builder” but I wanna at least have abs and pecs and biceps/triceps.I am willing to work but I dont want to have to pay a fortune any help?Also I cant subscribe to anything so,just basic exercise routine and diet plan would be great,heres some info about me:

Age: 15
Weight: 137.8

I dont have hardly any body fat just not tones and I am pretty scrawny.I also eat a lot of red meat and bread (good or bad?).Thanks.

For diet: you have to eat more than your daily caloire intake. For example, if you regularly eat 2500 calories per day, eat 3000 from now on. Meat is good since its high in protein which aids in muscle mass. Eat whole wheat bread if possible.
For gym, different routines for different people. A sample routine is a bodypart split like do chest/shoulders on Monday and Wednesday and biceps/triceps/abs on Tuesday and Thrusday. Have rest days, do NOT train a specfic every day, it will lead to overtraining.
Lifting weights is for strength, food is for size.
