There are many exercising for abs I know you can just to crunches, leg kicks etc. But do you have to use machines to get a noticeable six pack, if not can you get me some exercise I can do without machines
That’s a good point they are made in the kitchen that’s why most people don’t get them

    You don’t need machines.
    Add crunches to the workout.

    Hi

If you want a six pack you need to do cardio and burn fat. Everyone has a six pack, you just can’t see it – as it hides under a layer of fat In order of importance do the following

1.Eat well (natural unprocessed foods) in small portions.
60% of the equation – you are already doing it

    2.Cardio, Sprint 8′s and Intervals
35% of the equation -try this type of cardio for a huge boost in revealing six pack abs – there is a 9 week plan free here

    3.Ab Exercises (no equipment needed)
    5%

You do not need any machines at all for the 5% ab exercises
You just need to add some variety to sit-ups crunches see

    Good luck
