Lots of cardio ( Best are jogging, jumping rope and swimming) Do at least 45 mins of cardio 3 times a week. Cardio lowers your body fat %.

Do abs exercises at least 3 times a week. There are too many ab exercises to list but if you want a workout scheldule send me a message ( Daniel97G@hotmail.com )

Eat Reasonably well This is probaly the most imorptant factor of them all. Simple the more fatty and junk foods you eat the more fat you have covering your abs.

Rember to do Cardio before your abs workouts.

Dont eat 2-4 hours before you sleep.

Stay away from foods that contain alot of sugar , salt or that are high in fat.

Having a six pack is dependent on some key elements. I’ve been going to the gym for about 5 yrs now and I’ve had many fitness trainers give me the same advice…DIET is key to getting a firm stomach. You can do a 1000 situps a day, but with a poor diet you won’t see much. I don’t know your body type but the more fat you have, the longer it will take to achieve a tight stomach. I have given this advice to many people in the past and many of them disregard it…which is why they never got their six pack. They spend 2 hrs everyday at the gym, but they can’t get rid of their excess baby fat.

So if you’re serious about getting nice abs, follow these steps:

    1. Make healthy choices when eating. Eat foods with alot of fiber and protein. Cut out as much sugar and fat as much as possible. Avoid smoking and alcohol at all costs. (you can google this to get more specifics. Tons of info out there)

    2. Find different exercises to improve your core and your stomach. Doing the same 2 or 3 exercise routines can get boring.

    3. Do alot of cardio. Depending on how in shape you are, build up your cardio endurance until you can jog a few miles without getting exhausted. Just like sit ups, find different cardio routines that will keep your interest (cardio kickboxing, cycling, swimming, basketball, etc.)

    Good luck!
