abs crunch,reverse crunch,leg raise there are lot exercises for abs but real abs are not built in gym but on dinning table.you have to reduce you fat layer surrounding your belly to minimum so have more of salads and oat meals etc to reduce fat and keep exercising results will be visible

Strengthen your abdominal muscles and lose body fat. The concept is simple, but putting it into action is not simple at all. It will take dedication, time and patience to get a six pack but in the end, the effort is well worth it.
