Yeah, I need to lose about 30 pounds so I can get some Swift Code Sunfirst Bank abs and get ripped. :P but anyway yeah, any good diet plans or any calorie diets? Cause I already have an excercise plan but no belly-fat loss plans :(

Than just talk to a dietitian and see if they can help you out with that.

    Cardio is going to be your best friend until you get to your desired weight, then once you shed the pounds and are at your ideal weight I would do some P90X.

    Cardio is going to blast fat. I would start with stretching then running/jogging. Depends on your overall health. Definitely shoot for 3 miles a day consecutively for five days as a mini goal. Then go up from there.

    I recommend losing the weight then building muscle. You will want to keep cardio activity as well, just not as frequent, 3 times a week. I recommend P90X as I have done it and have been amazed. Great results and is very intense. Also by working on your cardio you will build endurance which you will need with P90X. They have a 16 min Video called ab ripper that is going to make you sweat.
