@jebsievers Protein and Meat (fish is reccomended, makes your bones stronger and makes it easier for you to do heavier lifts, anyways eat all the meat you can get, MEAT MEAT MEAT), ONLY drink milk and protein drinks (your muscles then will always be active), if you feel very lazy to workout then consider Monster/RedBull (Red Bull is reccomended because it’s healthier and has better effects). But the main factor is, WORK OUT.

@musicgmrt a problem i have is my back on the hard floor. it hurts. try folding a large towel into 4 and doing them on that, if that doesnt work it could be because you do not have very strong back muscles, these exercises do use some of the muscles in your back, id be carefull though, if the problem carries on go to the doctors and ask them, even better, ask a gym trainer! where abouts do you do these exercises and what on?

HEY, listen up, Do this ab workout. its amazing. BUT listen up.. i used to b “chubby”, but now im RIPPED. I did this ab workout EVERYDAY, when i was chubby. When your chubby you HAVE to burn more fat than gained. So what i did ( i live in Virginia so the whether is hot in the summer), is i played pick up bball in the sun, losing ALOT of weight. @DBoY1641 losing 50 pounds isn’t a big enough result? Dude just chill and work out. You obviously were fat before and now its being turned into muscle so be happy, and once you burn through that fat layer, thats when you’ll see results. I work out with some pretty chubby d00ds and they are strong but don’t see results, but trust me they’re there behind that blanket of fat
