    all people can achieve 8 packs.. but it’s easier to some to get it because of genetics.

    @MrColdkiwi Best word of advice: keep your body guessing. By that, I mean, don’t do the same ab workouts all the time. Always do different exercises in order to make sure you are working all of your muscles. Keep at it, eat healthy, and keep running. Since you’re twelve, I don’t imagine you can get ripped, BUT living a healthy life early will definitely put you in a good position to be and look healthy for a long time as you get older.

    @Elbekkaoui Nooooo! Don’t eat less! If anything eat more for energy, especially carbs, and make sure that afterward you do cardio exercises vigorously (running, swimming, bicycle). I would never suggest anyone to eat less unless they are trapped in a cage and have no way of exercising, which is probably not your case.
