Question by Alex: How do I get six pack abs fast without to much dieting?
I am 5″4′ and about 100 pounds which is really skinny for my height. I have a 2 or 4 pack when I flex but I want carved abs fast. I need help. Please? thanks

Well, you sound really skinny so you probably just need to build up your ab muscles. Do lots of core training. Anything you can do using an ab ball you should do it.
- Ab ball: do a lot of exercises using one of those ab balls…they work your core in every exercise. You can also do actual ab target exercises (twists, crunches, etc.). Get a trainer at your gym to show you some. Or you can get the CoreSecrets (ball/video) for ~$10-$20 online (just google it)
- Oblique exercises (twisting). Do a lot of these using the ab ball: sit on the ball hold a 10 lb weight and walk your feet forward. ‘Lay down’ and with the weigh above you twist to one side-up-pause-twist to the other side. Ensure you’re using your obliques to do the work.
- Lower abs. Do leg lifts (hold weights in your feet, or lay on ball and do them). Leg raises (where you hang in the air and rotate your knees to your chest). Get with a trainer at a gym to show you some new funky ab exercises

Well I’m also of the same height as of you. I’m around 5’4.5″ and about 105 pounds. I searched a lot on the internet for various exercises and food that I could have to increase my weight and my overall look. Only last month, I found this website http://www.lose-weight-guide.com and the ebook and the website overall has been helping me to increase my weight and my build. I have already gained 3 pounds of muscle in my first month. I hope this helps you as well. good luck

You’re 100 pounds? Female right? You sound under weight by about 10lbs, especially when it comes to building muscle… but that’s nothing to worry about as you can put on some calories to gain weight.

You need to make those abs pop out and get bigger, and the only way to do that is with some weight-training and a hardcore ab workout routine.
You’re already skinny, so in order to get that 6 pack effect you need a strict workout routine that works all of the ab muscles – lower, upper, obliques and your back.
