Easy and quick? Air brush.

Actually effective? (Copy and pasted from my answer on the same question from before)

Step one: Nutrition.

I’d recommend eating five or six small meals a day, consuming about 2,500 to 3,00 calories daily. Make sure you’re eating a good mixture of fruits and vegetables, and also, make sure you’re having a sufficient amount of carbohydrates. I can’t give you an exact amount, because I’m not a nutritionist or a personal trainer.

Step two: Cardio.

You can have the strongest, most developed abs in the world, and you’ll never see them if you have a layer of fat on top of them. Can you have strong, chiseled abs and fat? Yes, you can. Doing a few hundred crunches a day (assuming you’re doing them correctly) will strengthen your abs – however, you’re likely not going to burn an overwhelming amount of fat. Besides, you probably won’t be able to get to a few hundred if you have too much fat.

I suggest finding a hobby you enjoy – swimming, biking, football, whatever. That will get you a sufficient means of getting some decent cardio, and you’ll be able to enjoy doing it.

That leads to step three: isolated exercises.

Doing a thousand crunches a day will NOT get you a huge, chiseled six pack like you see on magazine covers. The abdominals are divided into multiple parts – upper, middle, and lower abs, plus obliques (sides). To properly exercise all of them, you need to vary your exercises. Bicycles, leg lifts, and jackknifes are great exercises.
