Question by ere: if you were to put me on a 2 to 3 week diet and exercise program to get my abs to start showing…?
…what would it be?
I mean if you have a personal favorite diet and workout program on the internet, or you made up your own workout and diet and you personally got results from it. I would be happy to try out which ever program that you made up or got from the internet that is the most convincing, im desperate so help me out!

well about me…I’m 18 years old, 6’2” and around 175lbs. Im really athletic, i run a lot to prepare for track, i also weight lift and do ab workouts like crazy. I have the obliques. Looking from the side i look ripped, but from the front i look anything but…i think out of all the fat i have, the majority of it is on my mid and lower abs.
So all im askin you is for some help!
I’ll be happy if you leave me a diet and a workout and follow it to a T.
I’ll even leave you feed back when i get done with it, just ask and i will:)

there’s no such thing as a diet. you either eat healthy or you don’t. stupid diets don’t work. you go on them, and then you go off them and get fatter faster because your metabolism went down.
