Question by Johnny: How to get six pack abs for youths?
I’m 14 years old and the only reason I’m asking this question is because my auntie came over from Illinois and all she’s been saying how her son at my age has got a six pack. She’s also been making fun of me because I don’t have one. I just want an easy way to workout to get these and rub it in her face so much. I also have asthma so it’s basically been controlling me all my life. Could you suggest a good workout routine I can do everyday?

your auntie making fun of you??! That is just ridicolous. Your routine will depend on your physical ability. I often do press ups and sit ups in sets, so basically do a small amount, then rest, higher amount, then rest, then an even higher amount.

To put it simple, to get abs you need to strengthen them and lose bodyfat%. That means you have to do weighted ab exercises 2-3x a week. You can look up the p90x ab workout what ever its called and download it, it works really well for people. Then you need to lose some bodyfat%, ALL experienced lifters follow by this term “abs are made in the kitchen”. Its all your diet son, you have to eat clean foods with lots of protein. Cut out all soda and junk food. Just eat your lean chicken and meats and eat lots of rice fruits, veggies, oatmeal. Thats all there is to getting a 6 pack. And your auntie sounds like a major dick making fun of a kid for not having a six pack. Her sons prob a twig. I would personally get a gym membership and start bulking up son.
