What is a good cardiovascular exercise weighted ab exercise? I want to see my cut abs.

    I would have to say Yoga, such as hot yoga would be the best here.
    Another great fat burning exercise is weight lifting for about an hour. You can actually burn a great deal of fat and build muscle simultaneous.
