Weird question. I used to be in really good shape in high school with a good set of abs. My girlfriend back then used to love to punch me in the stomach for some reason. If you flex before impact it actually hurts less than if you were not flexed, but it still hurts.

a good routine is one that lasts 40- 60 mins.. this is when your body is prime…
you will train each muscle hard once a week
selecting 3-5 different exercises for each muscle

mon chest,
tue biceps Automated Clearing House triceps
wed back
thur shoulders
fri legs

do ab training everyother day for 5-10 mins

a good diet is eating one gram of protein for each pound you weight
5-7 times a day eating
because you are very light you need more carbs… so eat plenty of carbs and proteins
eat atleast 20x your body weight from calories

good supplments are whey protien, glutamine, vitamin C, vitamin D..

If you have been getting some belly fat, possibly a six pack wouldn’t look too bad on you, depends how much belly fat you have gained
Anyways, what I sometimes do is when I get up in the morning, I stretch and do 50 sit ups. Whole ones. On a hard surface all the way to the top. Then before I go to sleep I do another 50. Same routine.

You can do this for weeks and slowly you will notice that your abs are strating to get more stiff and they will be noticeable. Again I will say, this happens gradually – with time. Or if you are really determined you can do 50 in the morning and then take a bit of a break thena nother 50. Which makes a hundred, then do the same at night.
Then you would be getting 200 done in a day and you will notice changes quicker!
