I am 5’4 girl, and I weigh 130lbs. What are some good exercises I can do without becoming too muscular and what are average times for seeing any kind of results?

*I don’t have time to go to the gym, I am eating healthy, and I have no actual weights at my house- but I do use books (etc) for the effect. Any better ideas?

Patience is a virtue. If you only want things FAST, your impatience is going to make you frustrated and you will quit.

Technically, everyone has a six pack. That’s the way the muscle is naturally shaped, look in an anatomy book. The only problem is, most people have a layer of fat covering it. “6’0” tall. Around 140 lbs.” That being said, you really shouldn’t lose weight. Why? Because you are already a walking twig. Even if you did lose fat to reveal the six pack that you naturally have, it wouldn’t really be worth it. No part of your body would really be impressive, and your six pack would look out of place. Concentrate on gaining muscle first, then later you can worry about shedding fat and getting to that six pack.

Below are two programs that are quite amazing. No, you won’t become ripped in 3 months, no amount of supplements or workouts will help you there. But it will get you started on a great path and help increase your strength and build lots of muscle.

running… you use all of those body parts when you run and you burn body fat too which is the only way to “tone” any body part.

for lower abbs reverse crunchs really help alot….for inner thighs you can squat leg curls all the leg machines and calf raises and then after your done weighted exercise you should do your cardio being that you has used most of your energy to lift not you will be burning stright fat doing cardio….Good luck
