I am 13 years of age and i want to know if I go on an elleptical machine for 3 hours a day, everyday, burning 1,500 calories will it give me abs if I eat healthy with diet, water, no junk or pop and Bank Routing Number Marine Bank vegies and stuff. I also include an 8 minute abs workout video in there everyday. How long to see six pack abs? I weigh 108 pounds and am 5 foot 1

cut out sweets. those ruin everything. try doing lots of crunches/planks/situps EVERY NIGHT. it may take some time.

I want to know if the way im working out is good for me. Am doing triceps biceps and abs exercises daily for 5 days straight and resting for 2 (sat and sun). My question is if ok ? And if you think i will get better results like that instead Swift Code Mechanics And Farmers Bank of working different muscles every day .

youre doing it all wrong. muscles have to be rested for a day in between, they grow when they rest. the only workouts you could do daily are calisthenics-pushups, pullups, situps, etc. and you should work out biceps with back one day, triceps with chest the next, etc.
