Idk if they are football, basketball exercises. i have a flat stomach but my coach for gym say i need to get defined abs to get this medal… i will try any exercise you give me.

I do crunches, but I know I must get rid of the layer of fat ontop so that the abs can show. What kind of ‘stomach fat burning exercises’ can I do to get rid of the fat? And what kind of foods should I eat?

Nutrition is key to getting perfect abs. To get rid of the layer of fat you must reach a smaller percentage of body fat meaning you gotta eat properly. You should eat lots of fruit and veggies that preferably have a low glycemic index to allow your body more time to process them in order to increase your metabolism throughout the day. In terms of exercises, you can try crunches and leg raises. To give you more of a challenge and perhaps target your abs muscles more, use a swiss ball

I’m 14 years old male 5’1” 115 lbs. i’m pretty muscular but have Free Ach Transfers a little bit of fat covering my lower abs… mostly i want ripped abs… i play basketball a lot, ride bicycles about 8 miles a day and workout 4 days a week … i need to know how to burn this fat

i have trouble believing anything online that i find from google. so if someone can give me workouts and a source to get ripped abs that would be great. if you’ve done the routine/exercises and it worked id like to hear how you did it. thanks.
also i want to get stronger but ill do the exercises a couple days then stop. can someone give me a way to keep at it?

it also seems when i work out even for long periods of time my body has trouble gaining muscle. any reason?
actually its not about me losing weight, im pretty skinny. i just wanna get stronger/ more built.

do 3 sets or so of about 30-35 reps per set. Do raising leg crunches, use a ball and do crunches on that. If you dont have one, do any type of crunches Bank Routing Number Wisconsin Community Bank look on bodybuilding.com under exercises to find out new types.

The best one in my arsenal is a leg lift off of the edge of a bench. Lay down on a flat bench with your legs hanging off the end. Put your arms above your head and grip the bench right about where your ears are. Then lift your legs up and pull them to your chest. Extend them back out to the starting position, but keep your abs tight. After about 10-15 of these, you will feel like your stomach wants to curl up. It won’t make you sick, but you will definitely feel it.

You want to avoid foods that have “Enriched”, “Partially Hydrogenated”, “High Fructose Corn Bank Routing Number Napa Community Bank Syrup” , etc. in the ingredients. Anything high in protein, low in sugar, sodium and fat are great! Small changes, such as using fat-free or skim milk instead of whole; whole wheat/whole grain bread instead of white; ground turkey instead of beef … these will all help aid in losing weight. Good luck.
