I am moving into a cutting phase of my workouts and I am really trying to get more ripped…. I do this as we enter summer so that I can be a witness for the lord…. When I go to the beach during the summer I have women that come up and just ask to touch my abs…. I then give the glory to god to give me the strength to eat clean and workout hard… Do you think christ had women coming up to him asking Ach Bank Draft to touch his ripped abs too?

I workout a lot and this is not the normal “burn” I should get from working out. I strech and warm up and then on the first sit up I do my Ach Ccd lower abs are really tight, and feels like they are ripping
I haven’t worked out in like three weeks because of this, and I tried yesterday and had the same problem

that is going to happen when you workout but the fact your really noticing makes me think your too aggressive and need to go to every other day to do your routine

I just had a baby 4 weeks ago my stomach stayed flabby and fat. I would like to know what exercises do you guys recommend for me to start doing to start shrinking and toning my abs? Also if you guys know of some good exercise dvds, can you please tell me the name of some. Thanks.

i have been doing small weights for a yr now….but my muscles are not cut like the ones on martial art guys….theirs look really tight and all …..
mine are ok but i have want to get better ones….
now i am confused as i have been working out for 2 – 3 yrs doing pushups(20 right now ) and pull ups(7)…and crunches(60-90) and sit ups….etc…but i dont have abs nor do i have ripped muscles…my numbers are small but i am sure it wont take long to increase them but i dont know increase to wat

do i have to increase the no of pushups and pullups or shud i increase weights or both….i dont know much bout the indian ‘diet’…the videos i have seen How Long Does An Ach Transfer Take for getting abs only mention some western diets…..not related to indian food…..
my weight currently is 65 kg(145 pounds) and height is 5ft 8″………..wat shud i do?

My goal is to have as close to the body type of Matthew McConaughey as possible by the end of this summer (end of August 2009). Over this past Christmas season, I was weighing in at 235 pounds at a height of 6 foot 2 and a half. I’m 20 years old and I am a former athlete. I went off to college and stopped playing sports so I gained a little weight (I was never more than 200 pounds in high school, but I never worked out with weight training either, I just played hockey). I realized over Christmas break that I wanted to look like Matthew McConaughey, so I purchased the P90X home fitness program and did that over the period of three months during this past spring semester. I lost about 25 pounds in those 3 months and have lost roughly 7 more pounds since I finished the program back in April. I am currently 203 pounds and I still do some of the workouts from What Is Bank Ach P90X every week and I have put more emphasis on cardio workouts now to try to burn off the rest of the fat on my stomach.

I’m currently running 2 miles 5 to 6 days a week and I do a 200 to 250 combined total pushup workout with various hand widths and techniques straight out of the Chest & Back P90X DVD once or twice a week depending on how my muscles feel and I do a similar shoulders and arms workout routine with several sets of slightly high weight lifting with 8 to 10 reps, but so many sets of different techniques that it becomes a high-rep burnout workout as well (P90X philosophies again). Plus I do abs three separate days a week. I follow a pretty strict no sweets, low carb, high vegetable & protein diet that never exceeds 2400 calories in a day.

If I continue this same regiment for the rest of the summer, totaling in at three overall months, will I be able to achieve the same build as Matthew McConaughey?

PS- I have just ordered a thermogenic fat-burning pill bottle with a month and a half supply that I plan to add to the regiment. It’s called VPX Meltdown and I’ve heard several good user reviews and no bad rumors, plus there’s good scientific studies to back it’s fat-burning potential… Would you think this could help or hinder my progress in any way? I just seem to have a hard time getting the slight thin layer of thicker skin and partial fat off of my abs, obliques, and lower back. Everywhere else is well on its way to becoming relatively ripped, its just that mid section that refuses to pick up the pace. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Look, I don’t know anything about all the weird powders and punishments that you are going to do to yourself, I didn’t even read most of it, to be honest, BUT, if I were a guy, and I was going to get totally ripped, I would shoot for looking like Matt McConoughy too. Not joking. I would.
