Question by : How long does it take to get a six pack (abs)?
I am already thin and my body fat percentage is about 14%. Is it possible for me to get a six pack in less than 4 weeks? What exactly should I do to accomplish this is 4 weeks?

the px90 ab ripper is amazing! it’s like 15 minnutes of abs and it really works if you do it 3 times a week or more

I am a thin girl. I can sorta see the outline of my abs in the mirror, but I want to know which exercises can I do at home to make those muscles grow. I have some 8lb dumbbells, and the floor to use. I don’t live close to any gyms.
I have no fat on my abs. I just dont know exercises to hypertrophy those specific muscles.

everyone has abs its just some have fat covering it, the key is cardio and what you eat, you need to burn the fat first so you can see your abs no making them bigger

I cant go on a strict diet but i can stop eating junk like chips and sweets but i dont have the optoin to throw out bread milk cheese bad salad dressing and such because i dont buy the food my parents do but i want a six pack

Sit ups and crunches aren’t the best thing for you, but 50-100 per day can really add up, check out the site that I provided too. Helped me out so much.
I am a member at a gym though too, so that might have something to do with it.

My 18 year old brother goes to the gym, and is very strong. He would flex shirtless in his Nike Gym shorts and say, “I’m a man, I got balls of steel!” Do muscles make his balls stronger?

He said this right before we were about to have a boxing match. Why would he tell me that?

My guess is the steroids made his natural ones disappear and he got steel implants

Hardly. The scrotum is soft and slightly firm…but there are no exercises to make them bigger or stronger.

Your brother thinks he sounds cool to say that….it’s not something to be taken literally. When people “you’ve got balls”….they mean “you’ve got guts.”

From my experience, a long long time. Ahahah. You need to hit your growth spurt and gain some weight first. Your body can’t produce the muscles you want efficiently until you’re in puberty full swing.

Ok I have a four pack, and I weigh 145 pounds and I’m 17 with a height of 5″9′. I dont have any exercise equipment except for two 5 pound weights, and one 15 pound weight. I also have a high metabolism, so I was wondering, what could I do to turn my four pack, into a six pack. Also, some arm workouts would be useful. Thanx
