And dieting. As part of a New Year&#8217;s Resolution I&#8217;ve decided I want to get in the topmost physical condition: including getting ripped, cardio, abs, and muscles. Does anybody have any hints about what I should do to accomplish this. Eating and routines that have either helped you or other people that you know. I&#8217;m not trying to spend a lot of money. Any help would greatly be appreciated.</p>

Im Trying to get a six pack, but I have no idea how besides the regular stuff. I was wondering if someone could give me an exact workout routine and tell me how long they think it would take.</p>
<p><strong>Best answer:</strong></p>
<p><i>Answer by Michael</i><br/>You should focus on your abdominal area 3 times a week (never consecutive days) for about 20 minutes each time. Vary your situps and crunches.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m not going   to spoil my workout, but it does involve russian twists with a 10 lb medicine ball at the end. Good luck.</p>

I&#8217;m a 15 year old guy. I want to get abs, biceps, and triceps, but I can never find the perfect workout routine, and every time I try, nothing seems to work. What is a workout routine that will help me get ripped? What do I do? How many times do I do it a day? Do I do it every day? What foods can I eat? What foods can I not eat? Please help!</p>

I&#8217;m 6 feet tall and weigh 170.  I have a slight gut, but nothing horrible.  I&#8217;ve been working out for the last few months, but have not been seeing much difference.  I usually just do some random machine work and I run a few miles.  My diet isn&#8217;t good or bad, it&#8217;s just average i suppose.  Any tips, exercises, etc would help.  thanks.  My main goal though is to get nice abs.</p>

<p>Answer following: 1.- Do you want to have a hard, lean body? Or 2.- Do you want to be skinny with wobbly bits here and there (and see <a href="http://thebizsellers.com/ach/ccd-ach.php">Iat Ach</a>  them grow into respectable (and frightening) love handles as time passes by)?</p>
<p>I know a girl: 5&#8217;5  &#8211; 140 lbs &#8211; size 2.<br />
I know another girl who is 5&#8217;5 &#8211; 140 lbs &#8211; size 9<br />
The difference: one is overweight and doesn’t exercise; the other one is a girl who exercises.</p>
<p>There is no fast, easy, miraculous way to lose weight. And whoever tells you otherwise, is lying.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s about the right time to start getting healthy habits (if you don’t acquire them at a young age, chances are you won’t be missing them later). I, for one, would start running. It doesn&#8217;t cost money and you will burn fat.</p>
<p>Maybe you also want to know that you don&#8217;t want to lose muscle (which is a lot heavier than fat, but compact and, therefore, makes your body look lean and hard). You want to lose fat.</p>
<p>In order to lose 1lbs of fat, you have to burn 3500 calories. If you diet with no exercise, you will not only lose fat, but also muscle. Muscle, on the other hand, is what makes your metabolism fast. So, if you lose muscle, you slow down your metabolism. When you gain weight (and, believe me, you will gain weight) you will gain more fat than muscle (which you would only gain if you exercise).</p>
<p>The best thing to do, at your young age, is resistance training. Check following links: Remember: YOU WON&#8217;T BULK UP (like guys do) BECAUSE YOU DON&#8217;T HAVE a guy’s level of TESTOSTERONE (masculine hormone)!!!</p>
<p>BTW, EXERCISE CONTROLS YOUR HUNGER. You should also eat 6 small meals a day; one every 2.5 (maximum 3) hrs.!!! This will control your sugar levels, therefore, you won&#8217;t be binging!!!</p>
<p>It is very important that you understand: it&#8217;s not about starving your body! Your body NEEDS food, but good-quality-food! Good-quality-food it’s important for your muscles!!! If you don’t have a balanced diet and you over-exercise, you will lose precious fat-burning muscle!!!! You can check a healthy nutritious diet @ www.bodyforlife.com!!!</p>
<p>Remember, you should exercise at least 1 hr/day, 5 days/week, and rest 2 full days so your muscles can recover and grow. Use 3 days to work on your muscles and 2 for cardio. Always let 1 day between your muscle’s workout.</p>
<p>Another tip: DON’T weigh yourself. You should never trust a scale, if you want to lose fat, but not muscle (your fat burning machine). Instead, keep track of how your pants fit, and measure your weigh loss by how smaller you’re getting according to the sizes you’re leaving behind!</p>
<p>If you have money, I would invest it on 2 workout programs:<br />
1.- P90X<br />
2. Chalean Extreme</p>
<p>Both amazing, believe me!!! And if you do them consistently, you&#8217;ll look great!!! My daughter is almost as ripped as she wants to be. (I still have a lot to do, but the point is: GREAT!)</p>

<p><i>Answer by Dick Fitzwell</i><br/>All meals spaced apart evenly.<br />
Meal 1) 1 cup of steel cut oats+ whey <a href="http://thebizsellers.com/ach/bank-ach-transfers.php">Automatic Clearing House Ach</a>  isolate<br />
Meal 2) 10 egg whites + some veggies<br />
Meal 3) 6oz ground turkey, veggies, 1 cup of brown rice<br />
Weight Training<br />
Meal 4) 50 grams whey isolate+ 60 grams waxy maize<br />
Meal 5) 8oz fish (Tuna,Salmon,Tilapia) 1 cup veggies<br />
Meal 6) 50 grams Casein Protein (slowly digest to prevent muscle loss during sleep)</p>
<p>You can also do cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to increase fat loss.<br />
Drink lots of water and only water and cut the fast food out of your diet. It is okay to have 1 cheat meal a week just to keep your sanity.</p>

This is my workout routine:</p>
<p>Monday:<br />
4 sets of incline bench press with 25 reps. (55 pounds of weight)<br />
4 sets of decline bench press with 25 reps (55 pounds of weight)<br />
4 sets of regular bench press with 25 reps. (55 pounds of weight)</p>
<p>Tuesday:<br />
2 sets of dumbbell curls with 50 reps. (15 pounds of weight)<br />
3 sets of triceps pulls with 50 reps. (15 pounds of weight)<br />
4 sets of bicep curls with 25 reps. (30 pounds of weight)</p>
<p>Wednesday:<br />
I work on shoulders, I don&#8217;t know the names of the routine I do for shoulders but I do at least <a href="http://thebizsellers.com/ach/ach-n-lou's.php">Ach In Banking</a>  50 reps of each.</p>
<p>Thursday: Same routine like Monday<br />
Friday: Same routine like Tuesday<br />
Saturday: Same routine like Weds.<br />
Sunday: Rest</p>
<p>Also, I run 15 min non-stop on my treadmill after my workout</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t know any good diet plan so my questions are:</p>
<p>Is this routine good enough to make my body look ripped, not bulky. (I&#8217;m 138 pounds)</p>
<p>Will drinking CREATINE power drink make me more bulky or ripped because when I read the ingredients, it has a lot of sugar and stuff?</p>
<p>What should my diet plan be?</p>
<p>And What are good cardio exercises to define my abs and body?</p>

<p><i>Answer by Jay</i><br/>don&#8217;t do so many reps.. increase the weight and do 5-8 reps. for triceps do 8-12. and creatine willl help alot but it&#8217;s not good for you at all&#8230; so i&#8217;d use protein instead. that&#8217;s what i use and it gives results faster and you&#8217;re not as sore the next day. follow the workout routine that&#8217;s at http://www.mensworkoutguide.com/home.html.</p>

Hey there Y!Answer</p>
<p>Whats a good workout routine to work your arms, abs, and back? I want to get my body ripped, not jacked ( I would prefer <a href="http://americanfootballassn.com/online-routing/bank-routing-number-pacific-city-bank.php">Bank Routing Number Putnam Bank</a>  to remain at 155 and get a ripped body, rather then try to get a large bulky strong body) </p>
<p>I am 5&#8217;11 155 pounds 22 years old<br />
I do not want to take protein supplements as I like my physique but just want it to be more muscular</p>
