the px90 ab ripper is amazing! it’s like 15 minnutes of abs and it really works if you do it 3 times a week or more

From my experience, a long long time. Ahahah. You need to hit your growth spurt and gain some weight first. Your body can’t produce the muscles you want efficiently until you’re in puberty full swing.

not everyone even has the ability to get six pack abs some people cant because of they genetic make up..even if you dont get a full six pack you could still get a very muscular looking stomach in about three-four months if you try really hard, but you will notice a difference in two weeks or less

Ok so I eat healthy and i only have about 1200 calories each day. I have always wanted a six-pack but have never gotten one. I work out about 20 minutes each day but I never get one. How do I get one and what are the steps to getting one?

It is not always a sign of great health. Some people have perfectly functioning bodies but still no 6 pack. YOu are already eating too little, but skinny people have more abs showing. Having no body fat and doing lots of stomach muscle exercises are your best shot.

For me, it took things like a low-calorie diet, TONS of cardio, and protien shakes, etc. You should start with that, and see how it works out:)

I am a swimmer, and really want 6 pack abs.
However, swim is not doing everything for the abs.

Bud i recommend doing 4 50s. By that i mean 50 crunches/sit ups 50 of each side obliques (2 and 3) and 50 reverse crunches. If you do this and eat healthy you’ll be sporting a six pack like mine in no time.

Most people I train start getting visible abs within a few weeks, but aren’t ripped until a few months.

Your genetics and your current body fat percentage will play a significant role in estimating the time it takes to ‘get abs’, but I’d use the above as a general estimate.

im a girl. 5’1. 122 pounds. ive been Ach Recurring Payments doing this workout everyday for a week. i know it takes moreeee than that to get them.
120 crunches
20 russian crunches
25 leg raises
25 pikes
60 sit ups
running/walking around 2 miles a day
watching my diet and drinking lots of water
plus ill be doing sports everyday and on sunday i go and lift weights.
i dont want like ripped abs just a nice little athletic stomach for a girl
