I cant go on a strict diet but i can stop eating junk like chips and sweets but i dont have the optoin to throw out bread milk cheese bad salad dressing and such because i dont buy the food my parents do but i want a six pack

Sit ups and crunches aren’t the best thing for you, but 50-100 per day can really add up, check out the site that I provided too. Helped me out so much.
I am a member at a gym though too, so that might have something to do with it.

Do men with six pack abs have Balls of steel?
My 18 year old brother goes to the gym, and is very strong. He would flex shirtless in his Nike Gym shorts and say, “I’m a man, I got balls of steel!” Do muscles make his balls stronger?

He said this right before we were about to have a boxing match. Why would he tell me that?

My guess is the steroids made his natural ones disappear and he got steel implants

Hardly. The scrotum is soft and slightly firm…but there are no exercises to make them bigger or stronger.

Your brother thinks he sounds cool to say that….it’s not something to be taken literally. When people “you’ve got balls”….they mean “you’ve got guts.”

I am going to cancun with many friends for spring break which is in 30 days. I want to look in tip top shape for the beaches. I am not asking for a workout routine or diet that will magically make me ripped in only 30 days. I already work out and have pretty good muscle. I am skinny however, but I do have close to a 6 pack and defined muscle. I have a crazy high metabolism as I am still young, so If I stock up on food for a week, I can gain at least 5 lbs even if the food is healthy protein foods. When I try bulking up, I get results in a week. When I cut back on all fats and eat less, I lose the bulk, but my abs look much more visible and defined. I want to bulk up, but still have my abs to be visible and hard, without the extra fat on there that I get when I bulk up (I eat ALOT more and eat mainly high protein foods when I try bulking up). So I am Just wondering if there is a way to bulk up without gaining the extra fat that comes with protein, while having very visible flat abs? I do about 6-8 hours of martial arts a week as well. So is it possible to get a little bigger while maintaing my flat abs? Im mainly looking for answers on how my diet should be (what to eat, what not to eat, and I cannot do the 6 small meals a day thing because I am in high school) , but if I have to workout differently for the next month, I will. So all answers are welcomed. Thanks in advance!
One last thing, I can eat peanut butter, but not plain nuts. And please be specific. Instead of saying just: peanut butter, say what kind, and whether it needs to be low fat or low calorie or whatever. Thanks!
PS: I know fat and protein are not related, but what I meant to say was that most foods that have good protein: rice, meat, eggs, potatoes, beans, etc… still have some fat and carbs

well first of all, if your metabolism was crazy high, it would actually make it hard to gain weight because your body would be really good at burning calories and gaining 5 lbs of muscle is very not likely.

In anycase, you can bulk and not gain extra fat if you can work out, both cardio and weight lifting. Also, put yourself on a high protein diet. protein is harder to digest for your stomach and it doesnt not convert to fat like leftover carb in your body would.

Good posture. Google good posture techniques or something similar and practice that. Good posture helps your abs well.
